Answering the Call: The Blue Rock Firehouse Project

For over 100 years, Blue Rock Fire Rescue volunteer firefighters have proudly protected our communities. Today, Blue Rock volunteers respond to more than 700 calls annually across 55 square miles of Lancaster County—including six miles of the Susquehanna River.

To meet growing demands, Blue Rock is launching a $10 million campaign to build a modern fire station on the western edge of our district. This new facility will improve response times, streamline operations and help ensure their team is always ready—day or night.
