The Code Enforcement and Zoning Officer and Building Code Official is Rob Moyer. This office oversees approval and denial of building and development applications, as well as zoning related applications. Daily enforcement of Borough and Commonwealth codes are also handled out of this office. All plans for development, zoning, or otherwise, are handled through this office from first contact. The Officer also attends Zoning Hearings as well as Planning Commission meetings.
