Millersville Borough New Parking Ticket Process

Effective July 6, 2026, Millersville Borough has implemented a new parking ticket processing system.  Our officers are now able to issue parking tickets both electronically and manually.  Electronic tickets will be printed on white paper, while manually issued tickets will continue to appear in the traditional orange format.

If you receive a parking violation ticket, you will have five days to pay the original amount.  Payments may be made online here, by phone (717-899-9299), by mail, or in person at the Millersville Borough Police Department.  Payments submitted in person or by mail must be made by cash, check or money order. Payments made online or by phone may be completed using a credit or debit card. Beginning on the sixth day after the violation is issued, a late fee of $15.00 will be added to the original cost if payment has not been received, and a notice will be mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle.

If payment is not received within two weeks of the late notice, THE TICKET WILL BE REFERRED TO A COLLECTIONS AGENCY FOR FURTHER PROCESSING, and additional fees will be added to the original amount due.

If you have questions regarding the ticket process or payment options, please contact our office Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at 717-872-4657.
