We are excited to announce a second year of the Millersville Borough Hometown Heroes Banner Program! As a tribute to the proud men and women who have served our country, Millersville Borough is inviting residents to honor a past or present member of the Armed Forces with a tribute street pole banner.
Banner orders will be accepted January 30th, 2026, through April 3rd, 2026, on a first come, first served basis. For 2026, we will be limited to installing 25 banners in the Borough.
The cost of a banner will be $300, which covers the cost of the banner, the mounting kit, and pole attachment survey costs. Applications must include a picture of the service member you wish to sponsor.
Banners will be installed throughout the Borough on or before Memorial Day 2026. In order to qualify, a service member must live or have lived in Millersville Borough (or be a relative to someone who lives in the Borough) and must have served in any branch of the Armed Forces.
