Valley Road Storm Sewer
MILLERSVILLE BOROUGH
Sealed bids for this project will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 10:00 A.M. on February 27, 2026. At that time, bids will be opened and made available online. Major items of construction consist of the installation of 65 SY pavement restoration; 4 inlets; 88 LF storm sewer, 1 endwall and other associated items.
A Prebid Conference will be held on February 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. in the Millersville Borough Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Millersville, PA 17551.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bank check, payable to Millersville Borough or a Bid Bond in the form described in the bidding documents executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to 10% of the Total Bid. Bidders must submit a non-collusion affidavit. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. Millersville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Millersville Borough for a period of not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding the contract. This project is subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.
