Sealed proposals will be received by MILLERSVILLE BOROUGH, at the Millersville Borough Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Millersville PA 17551, until 1pm on July 15th, 2025, for the BIOSOLIDS MANAGEMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT. Public bid opening and reading of the bids will be done at 1pm on July 15th, 2025, at the Millersville Borough Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Millersville PA 17551.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to MILLERSVILLE BOROUGH in accordance with the provisions in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Proposal must be completed, and the right is reserved to reject any or all Proposals and to accept any Proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of MILLERSVILLE BOROUGH.
