Sealed proposals for the Radar Detection Upgrade Project at N George St and Cottage Ave will be received at the offices of Millersville Borough, 100 Municipal Drive, Millersville, PA 17551, until 3:00 PM local time on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 (with bid opening at 3:15 PM). Bid proposals must clearly indicate “Bid for Radar Detection Upgrade Project at N George St and Cottage Ave” on the sealed envelope. Faxed/emailed bids will not be accepted.
For bidding documents (including drawings, specifications, instructions to bidders, and proposal forms), please contact Jay States at Grove Miller Engineering, Inc. at jstates@grovemiller.com for instructions to obtain digital copies of the documents. Any questions regarding the bid package must emailed to jstates@grovemiller.com prior to Wednesday, June 25, 2025. All contractors will be provided with a summary of any questions and responses.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the bid opening.
The Borough reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, or irregularities, to any bid, accept any bid it may deem to be in the best interest of the Borough, and to reject any or all proposals. The Borough reserves the right to reduce or eliminate the quantity of work.
