On June 24, 2025, Borough Council approved a Park Master Plan to improve and add to the amenities available at Freedom Memorial Park. The Park Master Plan is available for review through the link below or in the Borough office. Work in the Park Master Plan has been split into several Phases, and each Phase is contingent on approval of grant funds. The first Phase will be confirmed sometime in early 2026.
