Please be advised that Millersville Borough has contracted with New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co. to mill and pave the following streets from June 30th – July 3rd, WEATHER PERMITTING:
The streets listed below are to be milled in the order given on June 30th:
- E. COTTAGE AVE – From N. George St. to 100 ft past Herr Ave.
- HERR AVE – From E. Cottage Ave to Circle Rd
- CIRCLE RD – From Herr Ave to the end of the cul-de-sac
Any streets not completed on June 30th will be finished on July 1st.
During milling operations, NO CURBSIDE PARKING will be permitted during the hours of 6 AM to 7 PM. The roads will remain open to local traffic with minor delays to be expected.
Paving is tentatively scheduled for July 2nd and July 3rd in the same order as the milling.
NOTE: DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Throughout paving operations, ROADS WILL BE CLOSED, and NO ACCESS WILL BE PERMITTED on or off the designated streets between the hours of 6 AM to approximately 7PM. NO CURBSIDE PARKING will be permitted from 6 AM the day of paving through 6 AM the day after paving. Parking violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Circle Rd and Herr Ave residents will have to use the access through the High School onto Model Ave to N. George St. while E. Cottage Ave is closed. You will not be able to drive on E. Cottage Ave in either direction.
