A Snow Emergency Declaration has been issued by Mayor Philip Lastowski, effective at 8pm on Saturday, February 21, 2026, for Millersville Borough.
All vehicles must be removed from designated snow emergency routes as soon as possible, but no later than Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 8am or they will be subject to ticketing and/or towing. While not required, we recommend all residents consider moving vehicles off ALL Borough roads.
Vehicles may not return to snow emergency routes until the snow emergency has been lifted. This will allow our Street Department to remove snow safely and effectively from the snow emergency routes.
Snow emergency routes can be found here.
Freedom Memorial Park parking lot is available for residents to park their vehicles before the arrival of snow to avoid having to park on the street during the storm.
This Snow Emergency Declaration will also be sent out to our residents via the Rave Alert Notification system. If you are not signed up and would like to be notified in case of an emergency or important information in the Borough, please sign up on our website at; https://millersvilleborough.org/resident-info/alert-notifications/
